I was hit from behind and the other driver was 100 percent at fault at the time I thought that I had car insurance, I was paid up until May 21st and wreck was on May 18th. State Farm Insurance tells us that since we had canceled our homeowners insurance a few months earlier, that our rates had changed and as of May 6th we had not paid the 60 dollar rate change therefore at the time of the wreck we had no insurance, now I will admit that I forgot about that and we received a bill for that rate change. And to make things worse the driver at fauld did not have insurance, so now I am left with the repair cost, is there anything I can do to fight State Farm on what I call a technicality
